Inapa, the European paper merchant group, finalised the deal of acquiring Ebix last month, which includes their customer base, employee transfers, warehouse lease contracts, Ebix’s brands and trademarks, and other essential tangible assets. This means that Inapa is now Spain’s third largest paper merchant, with an approximate market share of 20%, up from their previous market share of 10%.
